This hands-on session explores how AI can ethically reduce administrative burden, streamline documentation, and strengthen communication so you can focus more on people and less on paperwork. You will leave with practical tools, real examples, and strategies you can apply immediately to increase impact and reduce burnout.

Dr. Tony Andenoro is an individual whose work sits at the intersection of community impact, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
He currently serves as Director of Community Engagement for the College of Social Work & Criminal Justice at FAU, where he builds partnerships that connect institutions, organizations, and communities in meaningful and measurable ways. His work focuses on aligning strategy with values, strengthening leadership capacity, and creating systems that allow people and communities to thrive.
