Palm Beach County Affordable Housing Collaborative

The Palm Beach County Affordable Housing Collaborative (PBCAHC) strives to enable the provision of safe, decent and affordable housing for Palm Beach County and serves primarily the LMI (Low/Moderate Income) individuals and families.

Occurs every third Wednesday of the month from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Everyone is Welcome!

Join us on June 17 for a presentation on Palm Beach County’s 2025 State of Workforce and Affordable Housing Report, presented by Christina Romelus, Consultant with the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County. This annual report provides an overview of affordable and workforce housing activity throughout Palm Beach County, highlighting completed, under-construction, and pre-development projects reported by municipalities, housing authorities, Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs), nonprofit partners, private developers, and Palm Beach County Housing & Economic Development.
