Sue Denihan, Founding Member & Vice President of Services and Program Administration, eHousingPlus.

Sue Denihan is a Founding Member of eHousingPlus and serves as Vice President of Services and Program Administration. She leads the Program Administration Group, overseeing national operations, lender onboarding, training, and compliance support for Housing Finance Agency (HFA) programs across the country.

With more than 28 years of leadership experience within the organization, Sue has been instrumental in developing eHousingPlus’ HFA program administration and compliance services model. She works closely with federal, state, and local housing agencies to support the successful implementation of single-family affordable housing programs.
