Nick is a land use, real estate, and local government attorney who advises both private and public sector clients on matters involving development, zoning, permitting, governmental approvals, and administrative processes.
He represents private clients in a wide range of land use and real estate matters, helping navigate complex regulatory frameworks and secure approvals at the local government level. Nick also serves public sector clients for whom the firm serves as general or special counsel.
Within the firm, he serves as Vice Chair of the Transportation and Infrastructure Practice Committee.
Outside of the firm, Nick is actively involved in civic affairs. He serves on affordable housing advisory committees for both Palm Beach County and the City of West Palm Beach.
