
Donia Adams Roberts has over thirty-six (36) years’ experience as a sole practitioner providing legal services to all levels of the surrounding communities. Her practice covers many areas of law, and she is fully qualified to practice in all Courts in the State of Florida, including the Southern District Court.
Her practice, however, concentrates primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, Family Law, Real Property Law, Probate Administration, and Estate Planning Law.
In the field of Real Property law, Mrs. Roberts provides title insurance services to local and national banking institutions in the loan and mortgage industry and private property owners to insure marketable title. Currently, Mrs. Roberts is a title insurance agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, formerly Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, and handles a myriad of real estate transactions for governmental, corporate and private property entities.
Mrs. Roberts also has past professional experience in local government law and served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Belle Glade from 1995 to 1997 handling telecommunication issues, water and sewer bond issues, real property issues, election issues, and representing the City of Belle Glade at regular and special Commission and staff meetings.
From 2010 to 2012, Mrs. Roberts served as Local Counsel to the Glades Utility Authority (GUA), utilizing the integral network of relationships established in the Glades Area at the local government and private enterprise levels.
