He brings a disciplined, quantitative approach to real estate development, drawing on a 16-year career as a proprietary equities and options trader in New York City.
Since joining Trè Bèl in 2020, Danny has helped scale the firm’s development pipeline across Southeast and Southwest Florida -overseeing financial modeling, capital stack construction, and deal execution for a portfolio of LIHTC, mixed-income, and public-private partnership projects.
