DESCRIPTION:The Palm Beach County Affordable Housing Collaborative (PBCAHC) strives to enable the provision of safe\, decent and affordable housing for Palm Beach County and serves primarily the LMI (Low/Moderate Income) individuals and families. Occurs every third Wednesday of the month from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Everyone is Welcome! \nApril 15\, 2026 – Own a Home Opportunity – This session will provide a concise overview of the program\, including buyer eligibility requirements\, income and purchase price limits\, minimum FICO and DTI guidelines\, homebuyer education requirements\, participating lenders\, and available down payment assistance.\nSpeaker: \n \n\nSue Denihan\, Founding Member & Vice President of Services and Program Administration\, eHousingPlus. \nSue Denihan is a Founding Member of eHousingPlus and serves as Vice President of Services and Program Administration. She leads the Program Administration Group\, overseeing national operations\, lender onboarding\, training\, and compliance support for Housing Finance Agency (HFA) programs across the country. \nWith more than 28 years of leadership experience within the organization\, Sue has been instrumental in developing eHousingPlus’ HFA program administration and compliance services model. She works closely with federal\, state\, and local housing agencies to support the successful implementation of single-family affordable housing programs.
