NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY AND APPLICATION DEADLINE

Palm Beach County Housing and Community Development (HCD) announces that it will begin providing application materials for assistance under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program-2 (NSP-2) Second Mortgage Assistance Program.

Activity Description
Under the NSP-2 Second Mortgage Assistance Program, Palm Beach County will make available second mortgages to eligible households (incomes of up to 120% of the Area Median Income AMI) to purchase and rehabilitate foreclosed and vacant residential properties. The maximum purchase price of the home (including rehabilitation) cannot exceed $280,000.
