Housing Leadership Council Board of Directors- Monclaude Nestor

Monclaude Nestor, VP is a Relationship Manager in PNC’s Community Development Banking group, covering the entire state of Florida. As part of PNC’s Community Development Banking group, he manages requests for financing and investments on projects that support the following: affordable housing development, the revitalization and stabilization of low to moderate income areas, economic development and community services that benefit low to moderate income individuals.  He also advises prospects and clients on the requirements to be eligible for a loan or investment from any financial institution.

Prior to joining PNC, Nestor worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst. He partnered with the relationship management and treasury teams to underwrite and close new credit transactions while managing his existing loan portfolio.  Additionally, he has experience in the small business sector where he worked as an Inside Sales Account Manager for a multi-national manufacturer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

A native Floridian, Nestor attended Florida International University where he earned a Master of Science in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing.
